We should regularly provide our bodies and souls with time and space to recover from the stresses and pressures of day-to-day life. Holidays offer ideal opportunities for treating ourselves with kindness, concentrating on ourselves and listening to what our body is trying to tell us. Whether this means outdoor pursuits, peace and quiet in natural surroundings, good food and drink, plenty of sleep or meeting any other need, time out allows us to realise all our wishes so that we can take on new challenges feeling tranquil, relaxed and strong.

TIP:
